I had a my first very bad food day yesterday since I came back in Jan. I decided a few minutes ago to sit down and log it all. The numbers were not pretty. To be fair to myself what I ate yesterday was nothing near what I was eating in a day 3 months ago. While I did go way over , it could have been worse. What can I do about it? Not much, yesterday is gone, today is yet to be finished, so I have chosen to live in the here and now and not in the past. I'm back on track, and its time to hit the treadmill. I will not give up on myself.
