It's so hard to know what to cook for dinner these days. I've been a vegetarian for 16 years. I'm not really the problem. It's what will everyone else eat! Tonight my son is coming for dinner. I had planned to make escarole and beans. He won't eat that! So I'm making that for myself and sausage and peppers for my husband and my son. Luckily, both are easy, and there will be leftovers,too.
