Easter blessings

Happy Easter to all my spark friends. You are a blessing in my life. When I get down on my self for not doing what I need to, I get a email from one of you. You are so dear. As I have said before, I take the weekends off from my bike. I need the rest. I am up to 50 minutes five days a week. It is adding up the miles on the bike and I have stayed the same (wonderful) weight. I finally feel good in this old body. I have more to do, but I am happy.

    I think it is wonderful that you are increasing your biking minutes slowly. No one ever said you have to exercise every day. If you need a day or two off that is fine. You are biking your way to better health.
