Getting Fit

Well, I'm home this week, and I have to get serious about getting fit. For the past 3 months, I haven't felt well. I've undergone some testing which all turned out ok, but I'm still very tired. I have another doctor's appointment in 2 weeks, but I know I need to exercise more. I tried a recipe from Wheat Belly this morning for breakfast. It was pretty good. Now I need to change and get out for a walk. The weather is nice here this morning. Plus I can use the extra Vitamin D. The problem is finding the time to fit in exercise when I'm working. I have an elliptical at home, but I'm usually exhausted when i get home. And if I exercise too late, I have trouble sleeping. I just wish I could find a happy medium.
