I started this in Feb. 2012. The change of diet/life style.
I did pretty well until April when I seemed to slow way down.
I only lost 5 lbs for the whole month. That didn't seem like
near as much as I had lost the two months before. I'm grateful
I didn't gain though. I started checking into things a bit more and it may be
such a case as I wasn't getting enough of the right calories. Carbs/Protein...ect.
I had been up to 4 mile walks and still not dropping any weight.
So I'm going to change things up a bit and see if that helps.
Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated.
