That Damn Scale

Who hasn't had a love/hate relationship with their bathroom scale? I'm feeling the hate more lately than the love! I'm three workouts away from finishing my first round of my boot camp, and I've only seen 2 pounds budge in 25 days! Granted, I'm only shooting to lose about ten pounds total, but it's still frustrating. I keep trying to tell myself the whole 'muscle weighs more than fat' and yadda yadda, but it still is exasperating when you can't seem to budge those numbers. Any ideas or encouragement to get over this plateau?
