Helping a friend move stuff

Well today started with helping a friend move furniture. They bought furniture from a friend who has married and is combining two households. Lord, its amazing how much stuff we collect when keep house. They were both divorced and one had children. Lots of great things for sale and they came to a good home. it was hot, dirty work but it felt good to do heavy sweaty stuff. Tons of cold water available and that was a blessing in its self. Got that done and then took the moving truck back. Stopped at McDonald's for lunch. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with only one half of the bun. It was filling and rather good without the other half of the bun. Don't know how to count it on my nutrition plan but it went on anyway. I tried the new cheery berry chiller and didn't know how to list it either. it was all fruit and was very good. I'll need to ask for the nutrition information on it to add it to the food chart. Came home helped clean, polish and place the new furniture and just cooled off.
Went to get my son from work and had a good time visiting with him on the way home. Spent time with Joe and we talked and laughed about how tired we were. i guess that happens when you do a lot of physical stuff in 91 degree weather.
Today's challenge was to only have sweet tea one time and to drink all of my water before bed. Well, I'm finishing up as I type.
The thought about plan was to try and look at the DVD 28 day workout but I'm still waiting for the laundry to finish drying and then its off to do my hair. Why do I wait so late to do my hair?
Who really knows but tonight I plan to be in bed before 12:30 am. Not enough sleep but one challenge at a time.
Today I'm so proud of myself, with regards to the water and the sweet tea. I'm really seeing and noticing that if I just stay busy and focus on the things that keep my mind off the wrong foods and beverages i do so much better.
Good news, I'm engaged!
Looking forward to starting a new life and a new adventure. The wedding will be next April or May.
