Day 1:Part 2

So, this is my check-in/report for the day. I am at 1332 calories and about to have a healthy snack such as a peach or a small bowl of grapes. I had personal training (which is 30 minutes of nothing but strength/crossfit exercises) earlier and even after 4 months, it is continually getting harder and Cliff is stepping up the strength training EVERY TIME! eeeeek....NO, yaaaaaay! lol I hate it , but LOOOOOVE it! I had all intentions of running around the lake pushing the kiddos after dinner, but I had a lack-of-caffiene headache.......my goodness, thank God for my loving husband who brought me an iced coffee (no crean OR sugar ;)) when he came home from work. I may not be doing this if it weren't for him!
I decided that my pants situation was becoming stressful, so I took a leap of faith and tried on the 30 pairs of pants ranging from size 6 to 16 that I have. I was getting sick of fumbling through all these different sizes to find a pair my size!!! I got to pack up allllllll the size 16s and 14s...WOOOOOOOOHOOOOO! Now THATS motivation!!!! When I stood in front of the mirror, it made me chuckle at how extremely goofy they looked, and I was so thrilled to be out of them :D I have about 10 pair that fit perfectly right now (or close to it) that are 10s and 12s. And I have a stack of ten or so that are 6s and 8s that I couldnt even pull up or button. I feel relieved that I have pants that fit me currenty even after loosing 40 pounds, as well as pants that will fit up to getting to my ideal weight. I had been a little demotivated for about 2 weeks, but this put me even more back on the saddle. If you are feeling demotivated....PLEASE find something to do like this that will give you that feeling of accomplishement and get you back on track :) LET"S DO THIS EVERYBODY!!!!!!!
