Setbacks and back into the 150's

Monday, August 06, 2012

Yep. 153 today. Dang. I know part of it was "girl stuff" and part of it is a plateau. My body thinks it is meant to stay in the 150's forever. Well I've got news for it. No.

Starting a restart tomorrow and Wednesday followed by a plateau buster Thursday - Saturday & "plan 1" Sunday - Tuesday. Then we'll see where I stand.

Also - Sam (my brother) rolled his car yesterday. He is ok - not even a scratch. But the car (which was my first car and I was supposed to get it back later) is totaled. It is an old car in the first place, '94 Grand Am, with 180,000 ish miles on it, it didn't take much to call it totaled. I am very sad. Pictures and more info in a following blog...maybe.

Ohh Casey what a sad blog.. I am really happy Sam is ok!

and you will beat the 150s like I will beat the 130s. I gained about 3-4 over Sunday/Monday I refused to get on the scale today because I know I can get rid of it by Friday having good days this week. I really need to concentrate on my weekend eating. and this weekend we have a bachelorette party eekkk

Glad your brother is okay. That would be scarey. Cars can be replaced, brothers not so easily.

Hope you new plan of attack works. You re so close!

Glad your brother is ok! During girl stuff time last week, I was as high as 154. Today I weighed in at 149.8... so don't let the scale get you down too much! :)

So glad your brother survived intact...it's a shame the car didn't make it.
I'm confident you'll break through that plateau soon. emoticon You'll get there.

How tall are you? I think you look wonderful whether it's the 150s or not. Glad your brother is OK. How scary to hear. A car is just a car. Hang in there!
