Week One 4.7.07

Well my first week at SP comes to an end, and what a week. I "met" and chatted with some wonderful people. I have been encouraged and motivated. I've spent serious time creating this page, completing my food and fitness goal trackers, reading recipes, articles and daily reflections, checking out new exercises and even starting a vision collage - and of course drinking many ounces of water daily.
I learned that I don't eat as well as I once thought. But on the upside, I was reminded how good being active feels, pushing my body past my mental limits and building up a good sweat.
I managed to get some exercise in, use an ellipitical machine for the first time, join a "biggest loser" challenge at the office and a Memorial Day challenge with my SP/BBQ team! I'm psyched.
My next weigh in is Wednesday and I'm looking forward to it.
