We all need to set some goals for these 12 weeks and plan how to be successful.
Here are mine:
I will work harder on drinking all the water I need
Track everything I eat and consistently measure
Do all the daily exercises
Shop with a grocery list- so I do not forget something important
Increase my cardio and strength training to include the days I work- even if a short time
Visit the chat thread everyday
