Our assignment before we are sorted to our new teams is to answer some questions for ourselves. So here they are:
1. Reasons I want to lose weight.
a. to improve my health
b. to feel better on a daily basis
c. to enjoy my life more
d. to be around longer for my family
2. What do I want to change?
a. reduce my insulin consumption
b. reduce my cholesterol
c. lower my blood pressure
d. reduce my triglisarides
3. How do you want to look?
d.like my clothes fit
4. How do I want to feel?
a. full of energy
b. excited to wake up every day
c. full of vitality
d. not sleepy all the time
5. What will I be able to do in the future with a thinner healthier body?
a. live longer
b. be more active socially
c. be in control of putting healthier food in my body
d. No more watching life pass me by from the sidelines
6. List all the other things I want to change. I have way to many to list so here are a couple.
a. be more organized around the house
b. be more involved in activities outside the home
c. be able to help others that might need something, ie: house cleaned, shopping done,
driven somewhere, etc.
d. more spiritual
