Back on the wagon!

Holy lazy few months! I hate the fact that when I'm stressed out, I get lazy. And when I'm stressed out, working out is what I need the most! I've just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and I really like the format of the program. I really enjoy doing a set workout 'challenge' when I'm getting back into exercising. I had such good results and success with Coach Nicole's 28 Day Bootcamp that I wanted to try another challenge that was similar.
Jillian is one tough b****, that's for sure! And it is a challenging workout. I'm only two days in on level 1, and I am sore. But it's that good sore, where you know you're doing something good for your body. And although I may want to quit mid-workout, 20 minutes out of my day is totally doable. I can't wait to keep pushing to level 2 and see how that feels! emoticon
