Let's Be Honest

I finally updated my weight ticker...10 pounds heavier than I was this time last year. I'm not looking for a pep talk. I've been doing this for a long time and I know how it works. I've kept 70lbs off, so I'm not worried or ashamed. It's just a reminder to me that I need to get back into gear.

I finally got my butt up and ran yesterday. It's about time, I must say! Really, it was just intervals (C25k again), but I felt good afterward. I'm going to do it again today (and through the week). I find that just doing it 3 times a week isn't enough to build up my stamina to jump to the next week.

This entry is more for me than anything else. Putting it in writing so that I can't avoid it. :)

    I'm starting week 6 of C25K this week! I can't believe how fun pushing myself has become. It's kind of scary, ha! Good luck with your program! :)
