Today was apparently a lazy day. We had Burger King and Subway and I actually made good food choices. I still have 140 calories to use for a snack. Not sure what but hey I'm happy. At burger King I had a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Diet Soda and at Subway I had Loaded potato Soup with a Strawberry Parfait. I know it isn't the healthiest of choices but it is a lot healthier than what I would have eaten last month. I had a diet soda instead of a caramel Frappe and I had a grilled sandwich instead of a Whopper Jr. and at Subway I ate everything that was already portioned and healthier than other decisions.
