Of Vinegar and Rejoicing

Anything else to share. Recap of Blogging Week
While pushing the water, I didn't add anything but the vinegar to the water, once a day. For a refreshing tasty "cocktail", I add a tablespoon of Bragg Raw Apple Cider Vinegar to 16 oz. of water, then add other ingredients for different flavors. Honey for a sweet and sour effect, hot sauce for spice. I especially like it with cucumber slices. As I mentioned in a previous blog, I’m looking forward to adding it to tomato juice.
The hiccups ended when I stopped drinking too much too fast. I wasn't driven to standing on my head or eating mustard or sugar.
Rejoice! the 4th R.
When I've Remembered the good things I used to do, and move past the self incriminating Regret, I can begin again and Re-act by doing those things I forgot. I can Rejoice in the victory!
I'm not drinking 64 oz. of water daily. I am Rejoicing in the fact that I'm drinking water again.
I hope whatever new habit you’ve been blogging about gives you cause for rejoicing.
