Back on track

It's been over a year since I've had the real stick in my head 24/7 I can say no to junk food motivation. I can happily say that I've got it back! I get excited to try the new healthy recipes I've found. Today I had 2 huge yummy tacos for lunch that were packed with fresh vegetable, a little chicken, and a little creamy jalapeno dressing for flavor that came out to less than 450 calories. I'm not tracking anything really because that takes time, and that is something I don't have near enough of, but I am being conscious of it when I'm deciding what I'll have for snacks or meals and try to keep an estimate in my head so I know I don't go to crazy by the end of the day. I have spent over an hour excersing the last 3 days and can't wait to get back to it again tonight! My goal is to start waking up earlier and try to excersise in the morning but I'm really not a morning person. I can't wait to see where I'm at in 6 months. Just so I have a reminder where I was at this time. I know it's not the best but I will be a lot better soon.
