I noticed that whenever I make one good decision that pushes me to make better decisions. If I opt for a healthy breakfast I can't not bring myself to make a bad choice for lunch. I simply remind myself of what I did for breakfast and not blow a good choice. This is different from the past when I would have "rewarded" myself with a not so healthy choice.

I learned the same lesson as far as fitness goes. If I have a good workout I can't bring myself to throwing it away on an unhealthy lunch or dinner.

    Good for you!! Optimism and good choices. We learn every day. Sometimes it takes us an "AHA" moment to finally get it. But with an outlook like that, you will meet us at the finish line!!! emoticon
