Being Mindful

Making use of mindfulness in all things helps us enjoy every moment, recognizing its deeper meaning. Whether taking a walk or making a peanut butter sandwich more is going on than meets the eye. Really thinking about what we're doing gives us benefits we never realized before. It opens our eyes to the beauty around us and makes us aware that the simple P,B &J is nourishment for our body, mind and soul - not just food in our bellies.

    I love it when I remember to be mindful.....particularly when I'm in the kitchen. It can be very meditative to prepare food.
