Gonna keep them real simple & prayerfully that means I will stick 2 them

1 - ride bike @ least 4x a wk

2 - go 2 gym @ least 3x a wk

3 - eat a salad or fiber bar @ least 1x a day

4 - replace 1 meal a day w a shake

5 - to blog every day (even if its only say I had a _____ kind of day
