I started placing workout on my calendar. Also have learned more about sparkpeople to elevate my success. The articles and the videos have helped me turn the corner. Just have to keep focused on my progress by scheduling daily activities and sticking to them. I encourage others to follow me, join in with me, and keep me on the track.
