This was the most challenging Spark the Season subject....Home! What qualifies something as home? To me that is family both human and fur....so meet what I consider home my husband, son and fur babies.
My daily December goals
Cardio- walk the dogs at least 30 minutes
Stretch after walking
10 minutes strength training
Eat a minimum of 5 fruit/veg
Drink minimum of 8 cups of water
Take my vitamins
Track my food intake.
