Spark the Season: Cookies and someone I love/Dec goals
Saturday, December 14, 2013
My sons favourite Christmas cookies Cherry shortbread with chocolate.
My Hubby who is home for only a week so we are trying to cram the whole Christmas season into one week
We had his folks up for dinner and I was very pleased with the low cal nature of the meal Onion Garlic and Brie stuffed chicken served with mashed cauliflower seasoned with garlic and a hint of parmesan cheese and a huge veggie filled butter lettuce salad with a low cal raspberry vinaigrette and a dessert of sugar free blueberry pie the only high fat/calorie Item was the brie and it was less than an ounce per serving.
unfortunately most of my December goals have been tossed under the bus...lol
today we are headed to the city for a couple of days of shopping and visiting so I'm pretty sure a few more daily goals will be left behind the trick is not to abandon them all together and to get right back on track when all the merriment has played out.
My daily December goals for 2 days
Cardio- walk the dogs at least 30 minutes
Stretch after walking
10 minutes strength training
Eat a minimum of 5 fruit/veg
Drink minimum of 8 cups of water
Take my vitamins
Track my food intake.
I'll try to keep them up while we are away...the dogs will be kenneled so I'll just have to walk myself
My fit bit died I'm crushed and lost with out my daily data fix but my replacement will be here Monday
