I am planning to participate in the Jumpstart January Challenge. I am posting my intentions here along with the links to the videos that I keep losing, so I don't have to keep rethinking what I am planning to do.
According to the original schedule, Days 1 & 7 without the 30-min cardio are on the weekend, but I have more time then, so definitely want Saturday/Sunday to be cardio days. Karate is Tuesday/Friday. I tend to work late Monday/Thursday. So, I may shift a day so that Day 1 is on Thursday, not Wednesday even though that means I'm doing a lower body workout on the same day as karate (which tends to be leg intense)
I need to think about what to do for the Week 2 bonus video and when to include it. I'm torn between adding one of the 10-minute Cardio kickboxing videos or the Pilates beginners workout.
I'm leaning towards the kickboxing, which would make a natural warmup on Mondays, yet still keep that day relatively short. The big question is when to do the 2nd time. Probably Saturday. 2674 days ago
