Life prep day.

Its quarter to nine here and I'm finished my lunch prep for the whole weekend and most of next week, I've done my laundry and taken my dogs for a quick walk. There is only about a 5x5 spot of snow left on the deck (off the roof, so it's muuuch too heavy for me to move) and I've already fed and watered my cats and the ones that I'm fostering for the spca. All that's left today is my workout video and then I can organize my little exercise corner!!!
My house needs a good once over too, but I'm not really worried about it right now... it isn't all that bad and nothing stinks (LOLLLL) so I'm sure we will survive another day without more than a surface cleaning :) (litter's clean, laundry's done, dishes are all put away... I'm golden!)
Anyway. The point is... I'm working on getting back into some kind of routine over the next week so that february doesn't kick my butt haha. January has flown by and I haven't doneenough to get ready for february, but I've been making up for that lost time in the last couple days. I have gotten more accomplished in the past three days than in the rest of the month, I am sure.
-redo spca kittens floor. Piggies.
-load all trash and recycling into Chevy.
-kitchen started: s,s,c,s
-bedroom: bed, floor, table/chairs
-living room: floor, tables, laundry away.
-SET UP FITNESS AREAAA.
I'm excited. I feel like if everything is out in the open instead of in a back room with no windows yet or even walls... (renovating) I would definitely be more inclined to use my equipment and weights etc. I will have to change my fit minites/day goal... all of december was 20 min/day and february is 35+/day so the rest of this week will be 30/day. I've got the time so as long as I actually make good use of my mornings alone, I'll be fine with my new goals. Ive still got to make more of a workout schedule and find some online mini challenges (like the first blc I joined, as a purple ninja!!) but I don't know yet how much strength training I should be doing. I wish I could afford both a trainer and a nutritionist so that meal planning and workout planning could be done to the max. I want to do this right this time.
I want to do this for life, not just this coming week or even month.
There is no giving up this time for me.
