Forget all the Reasons

This quote seems to fit well today, there is always a way to make something work that you really want to happen. Some things are not easy, maybe they don't even feel "right" at the time, but if you know in your heart that you feel better after doing it, you can find that one reason.
Unfortunately for me, depression kept me in bed today and off the treadmill. I laid there thinking of ALL the right reasons to get up and get going and still could not rise. I have many motivating factors that SHOULD get me out of bed, but when the depression kicks in, it's a losing battle.
I figured I could battle the big D today with good, clean eating if I wasn't going to walk. So, at least there is that small accomplishment. There is also tomorrow...another day to find the right reason and forget anything that isn't a positive, motivating force in my life.
I plan to wake early, go on my treadmill, eat clean and try to forget the reason I am feeling sorry for myself right now. I plan to do the right thing tomorrow.
Reading the blogs here on SP is always helpful, when you find so many people battling with the same things you are...I just wish I could meet some of you!
