Home Stretch! Whoo Hooooooo

Monday, March 03, 2014

Yay!

I'm in the home stretch of 3 weeks traveling for work. I did better than I thought I could with exercise, but not as well as I would have liked with food.

Go figure, I tried more foods than ever in Korea and China because I was with vegetarian hosts, so they ordered the most amazing veggies. Of course, served with rice. I tried to cut back on the rice as much as possible, but I don't "feel" like I lost weight.

I should be down 3 lbs....one for each week...but only my home scale will tell come the end of this week.

I will have to blog about the food with photos, but everything is blocked in China...so it has to wait. My Sunday exercise was walking along the Great Wall of China.....seriously, there is no spark calculator for the amount of steps I walked up and down! I forgot my fit band so I was bummed as I would have liked to log that more accurately.

I miss all my spark friends....connections are poor and iffy at the best of times!

I hope everyone's March started as well as mine!

Can't wait to post photos!

Xx

Keep Sparkin!

We miss you too! Great job on all the exercise. Hopefully the scale will show your effort. At least you did not gain weight like most people do on vacations. You are doing reallllly good Sam :)

WOW - you walked along the Great Wall of China... that is so frickin awesome!!! I can't wait til you get back and post pictures. How incredible. I'm glad you did so good with your exercise & I wouldn't fret about the food. I'm sure you either lost or stayed the same with the movement you've been getting in :) Hope you get home safely and manage to catch up on lost travel sleep!

    Happy for you!
