And the scale says..........

Yay! Hooray! Whoopee!

3 weeks away from home and just over 3 lbs gone! Consistent to the weight loss before the trip! I'm so happy!

I never felt deprived (ok, that's a little white lie, Paris was rough with no bread and butter) or hungry and I did exercise a little bit while away.

I am just so happy to see the drop on my scale at home...I did follow along in each country, but it was never consistent country-to-country so I wasn't quite sure.

Now, managing through jet lag is a whole other thing....I'm upside down with my time considering I traveled through 4 times zones and one of them was a 14 hour time difference. My days and nights are going to be confused and I will be hungry at all the wrong times. My challenge will be not to eat any comfort foods in the middle of the night. At my advanced age, it now takes me about a week to overcome jet-lag and the second and third days are the worst.

So, fingers crossed, because Monday is another weigh in day! I'm still looking for another pound to drop off Monday, and that officially makes it over my first 10 lbs lost on Spark!

So happy to be back on home turf!

Happy Thursday Sparkers!

xx

Wow! Congrats on the weight loss!!! That is fabulous :)

So glad you made it home safely & now you can work on getting back into the right time zone. Of course, you get daylight savings to add to your misery this weekend! Actually it might not be that bad since you're dealing with the jet lag.

Anyway, I'm glad you're back home & super happy that you were able to stay on track while away that long. Proud of you!
