I slept 8.4 hours of interrupted sleep, but I felt rested when I got up. I worked outside some today in real sunshine and 64 degrees! I worked inside today too. I had 2904 steps on my Spark People Activity Tracker. I ate a healthy breakfast and got my day started right. I had 7 cups of water. I had 9 servings of fruits and veggies. I tracked well today. I am almost ready to call it a night. I expect to sleep well and hope to have another good day tomorrow!
