I'm just blogging to stay honest...it's been 3 days since I've gotten on the treadmill....I'm just too tired, too pre-occupied...and now, guilty!

I'm even mad at myself for not getting a walk in outside in the beautiful weather today. Now it's too late on a Saturday night to do anything about it, but come Sunday, I'm on the treadmill 'cause Monday is around the corner and another weigh in day.

I notice I fall into these mini ruts of about 3 days before I really reprimand myself enough to do something about it. I want to break this 3-4 day off cycle so I'm blogging about it to keep myself honest. Missing one day is ok, missing 3-4 is just not.

So, with this blog, I will vow to double up my time on Sunday.

    I totally fall into the cycling track too!! I think it helps to review your food, exercise, whatever goals every morning. I have a bulletin board in my room that write my checklist on and then every night before bed, I check what I did off.
    At the end of the day, just keep moving forward. Make tomorrow better than today. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    We know what you'll be doing then tomorrow. Will be looking for those minutes tracked on tomorrow's feed. Get 'ear down. You can do it.
