BLC Week 2

I didn't have a very good week I had several days where I didn't feel very well and I just didn't feel like tacking or exercising. However I was careful in my eating, I tend to over eat when I feel lousy I expect I'm trying to comfort myself. So although I didn't get as much intentional exercise in as I would have liked I managed to lose 3.8 pounds. Very happy with that!
Flexibility: 20 minutes 5-7 days per week 4/5
Strength: 60 minutes 2-4 days per week 3/2
High intensity cardio: 30 minutes 2-4 days per week 1/2
Low/medium intensity cardio( AKA walk the dogs) 60+ minutes 7 days per week 5/7
Track my food staying within caloric range 3/7
Lose 1 pound per week 1/1
17/24 or 70.8 %
I'm going to visit a friend for 4 days this weekend so I hope to be able to stay on track while being a house guest
I'm packing my kettlebell and my yoga DVD so we'll see.
