Still Losing Weight

I have lost 25 pounds since January 3. I feel great and my running has improved tremendously. Hard work and calorie counting are paying off. I set a goal weight for August first and I only have two pounds left to reach it. This is the first time, in a long time, I have been able to stay motivated for this long.

I sure hope I can keep it up!

Best of luck to anyone reading this blog. If I can do it at 58 years old, you can do it too!

    Isn't it great! I will be 57 this July, the same day that I reach my 1 year maintenance Sparkversary. I tell others the same thing. Being a post-menopausal woman is no excuse for failure!

    Keep up the great work and my best advice to you once you reach the goal weight is to act like you are still in the same kind of process as when you were losing. I have been in maintenance since July of last year and I still track everything I eat and still exercise daily and it has worked well.
    Keep up the excellent work. 25 since Jan is awesome!
