Days 296-298 on the Journey!!

Hey Spark-friends,

I'm happy to say that it's not because I've fallen off the wagon why I haven't been blogging. Boy have I wanted to blog but the last two days have been kinda hectic. Anyway let's get into it.

On Tuesday I was able to do my Focus T25 Cardio and if it wasn't for like two 3 seconds rests I could totally declare that I nailed it. I save that declaration though for the day that I totally kill it with NO rests whatsoever and I'm sure that day isn't so far away. Not only that but on Tuesday, Dane (my husband) and I went running again. Yes I said it, it wasn't a fluke, he actually went with me again. emoticon It was only 12 minutes this time but I rested less in getting those 12 minutes out so hooray fro progress. After running I then came home and did my Focus T25 Lower Focus video. On Tuesday morning I realized that I had also missed it from last week so I had to get it in. Unfortunately I have to say that I barely made it because my legs were really weak from the running. I got it done though so emoticon me. LOL!! Anyway let's just say that after all that on Tuesday I was UTTERLY exhausted which is why I didn't get to blog.

Now honestly when going to bed on Tuesday night I had no faith in being able to do my Focus T25 Wednesday morning especially considering that I had the hardest video of the Alpha phase scheduled. My body is tougher than I thought though because not only did I get up at my usual 4 a.m. to get it done but I actually did it quite well. I'd rate my effort as having "made it" because it was definitely more than "barely made it" but less than "nailed it" or even "nearly nailed it." There wasn't any running yesterday though because we have church on Wednesday evenings and that would just be too much for Dane. Not only that but even if I had planned to go he wouldn't be going with me because he had started feeling the effects of starting an exercise program after a life of inactivity. I wasn't feeling too hot myself but I can't claim the same excuse. I guess I pushed my self too much though because I was barely walking myself yesterday.

I haven't exercised today yet because I overslept this morning but I plan to soon. I have my Focus T25 Speed 1.0 video to do and it should be good because it's one of my favorite videos. Not only that but I'm feeling super motivated because my clothes seem a little looser so another emoticon

Oh I'm doing good an the food front too. On the whole it feels like I'm officially back on track to goal. That's all for now, I hope I haven't bored you too guys too much. emoticon emoticon
