Days 301-304 on the Journey!!

Hey Spark-friends,

The week thus far has had both it ups and downs. On Monday I did my Focus T25 Total Body Circuit video but I have to say that I barely made it. Then on Tuesday I skipped my exercise because I woke up late and then I just felt super tired. Today however I did yesterday's Speed 1.0 video and today's Lower Focus video. I only "nearly nailed" both videos because for some reason I wasn't in top form this morning!! I still felt great because I got them done and that's what counts. Not only that but I did my daily 25 push-ups and I joined a challenge from the Partnership Accountability to the Finish Line where I have to do increasing numbers of sit-ups, crunches, leg raises and the plank as the month progresses. Today for the challenge I did 25 sit-ups, 20 crunches, 20 leg raises on each side and and a 22 second plank. These were really yesterday's set and I wanted to do both them and today's set but man I was too tired after everything so I decided to just do today's and tomorrow's tomorrow when I'll only being doing one Focus T25 video.

On the food front I did okay on Monday but unfortunately I overate yesterday. Today wasn't bad but my calories were right at the brink of my range; 1550 calories exactly. If you've read my blogs you know I don't even like being near the limit much the less at the limit but hey it's better than being over so emoticon for me.

I'm pushing ahead folks. I am getting there this time!! emoticon emoticon
