Days 305-306 on the Journey!!

Ahhh the past two days. Well in terms of exercise yesterday I did my Focus T25 Cardio video and it was great. I nearly nailed it again!! I also did my daily 25 push-ups and the workouts from my challenge from the Partnership Accountability to the Finish Line team- 27 sit-ups, 20 crunches, 20 leg raises on each side and and a 26 second plank.

Today I did Focus T25 Total Body Circuit and Focus T25 Ab Intervals. Unfortunately none of them was as great as the Cardio yesterday, I barely made it through them both. Again did my daily 25 push-ups and the workouts from my challenge from the Partnership Accountability to the Finish Line team which today were- 29 sit-ups, 20 crunches, 20 leg raises on each side and and a 29 second plank. All in all my exercising has been emoticon

I unfortunately can't say the same for my eating. I went over my calorie range both yesterday and today but what can I do. Makes no sense beating myself up about it, I just have to keep a closer watch on it.

    You're doing great with the exercising! I wish I could say the same for myself, but I'm off track for exercising AND eating! Oops... I need to have one of those light bulb moments that will kick me into gear again.
