Days 314-316 on the Journey!!

Hi there Sparkies,

Here's a run down of the past three days. As usual we'll talk exercise-wise first. Saturday was a good day in this regard. I did both my Focus T25 Speed 1.0 video and Focus T25 Ab Intervals video. I nailed the Speed 1.0 again emoticon but that Ab Intervals is still a piece of work!! Of course I also did my daily 25 push-ups and the workouts from my challenge from the Partnership Accountability to the Finish Line team- 42 sit-ups, 40 crunches, 40 leg raises on each side and and a 42 second plank. An emoticon workout.

Now Sunday was rest day of course and then I started this morning with my Focus T25 Total Body Circuit. Sad to say though my mood wasn't where it usually is and I was seiously lacking in motivation so despite SEVERAL in-exercise pep talks it was a really poor effort on my part. I finished the workout though so that was a good thing. I also pushed myself enough to do my push-ups and yesterday's challenge workout which was 44 sit-ups, 40 crunches, 40 leg raises on each side and and a 45 second plank. I hope to do Ten Minute Trainer with the husband this evening and my challenge workouts for today (46 sit-ups, 40 crunches, 40 leg raises on each side and and a 48 second plank this time ) to finish up my fitness for the day!! emoticon

Now on the eating front, Saturday was a HUGE fail but hey I could only take it in stride and push forward. Yesterday was much better. I stayed well within my calorie range so emoticon Today is also going great so far. I have a minimum of 250 calories and a maximum of 600 to stay within range. I would say fingers crossed but it's not luck that's going to keep me in range but rather being aware and being disciplined!!
