Day 327 on the Journey!!

Today like yesterday unfortunately did not start with exercise either. I didn't oversleep this time though I made a conscious decision to postpone my exercise to this evening because I went to bed at 1:00 a.m. so there was NO WAY that I could get back up at 3 a.m. to exercise. Anyway I DID actually do my workout this evening and I am declaring this another NSV because I know how hard it was for me to exercise in the evening. 99.9 % of the times that I postponed a morning exercise to the evening in the past it didn't get done. I was always "tired" which was really me being lazy most times. Anyway despite actually being SUPER tired this evening I did my workout so
I just had to tell myself
I did my Focus T25 Dynamic Core video. Now I went into it planning to attack it with everything I had but ten minutes in I was interrupted by a phone call that lasted about 25 minutes and totally threw my plan out of whack. I therefore couldn't truly measure how well I could do all 25 minutes of the video as a whole. I went back in after the call though and pushed to the end. Now let me tell you folks phone call or not nailing that video wasn't going to happen today because man that video is HARD. Not hard like "OMG I'm so exhausted,I can't breathe" hard but "OMG it burns, my abs are killing me, NO MORE" hard LOL!! I loved it though because I look forward to getting better over the next 5 weeks.
I also did my daily 25 push-ups which were
again and my challenge workout which for today was 60 situps, 60 crunches, 60 leg raises on each side and a 55 second plank. To be honest that challenge workout almost went undone because after my sit-ups something happened that changed my mood and I just didn't feel like it anymore. I was tempted to just give up but then I said I am NOT a quitter and I kept repeating it until it was all done. Re: the challenge workout too, the chalenge actually lists its last day as today and I still have three days worth of exercise to do. I count tomorrow as the end of the challenge though because it is a May challenge and May doesn't have 30 days but 31 so i'm going to try and hopefully do two days worth of the workouts tomorrow.
On the food front I did
. I met all my nutrition ranges except for protein which was under by 2 grams. I don't mind that much though because I stayed in my calorie range .
