Day 332 on the Journey!!

Hi Sparkies.

Yesterday I was reminded how easy it is to make plans and not have them come to fruition. After building the resolve all day to go home and do my T25 workout. upon arriving home there was my husband waiting and telling me that we have to go to a meeting at church. So there went the workout and there went the dinner that I was planning to cook. After the meeting though I did still manage to whip up something quick and healthy and I was able to meet all my nutritional ranges so emoticon

Now of course that meant that my T25 would had to be done this morning so I got up this morning at 2:20 a.m. and did my Focus T25 Core Cardio video and my Rip'T Circuit video. I only nearly nailed them both because for the Core Cardio the last seven minutes are just killer and with the Rip't Circuit I was already so worn out by the Core Cardio that I couldn't as well as the last time. Nonetheless it was a emoticon workout which was topped off as usual with my daily 25 push-ups.

On the eating front I've tracked my breakfast and the lunch which I've packed to eat later and I have 298-648 calories remaining to use for dinner so I should be good. I'm feeling good about my choices and happy that I am not allowing my hectic schedule to derail my efforts because really
