Day 333 on the Journey!!

On the exercise front, today started with my Focus T25 Upper Focus video which I TOTALLY nailed!! It amazes me how much fitter I've become in just 7 weeks. 7 weeks ago this video would have felt so CHALLENGING but I pushed through it like a champ this morning. I also did my daily 25 push-ups (this after doing about 25 push-ups in the video) and they were
I'm just really loving my exercising. I'm loving how certain moves are soooo much easier. I'm loving how great I feel when I'm done and I'm loving how my body is changing right before my very eyes. You know it's so easy to get discouraged on this journey, it's so easy to slip up and stop but neither of those options are options!! We just have to stick it out no matter the obstacles because

Now on the food front. I think I may have gone a little over my calories yesterday. I had some pumpkin soup for dinner in the evening but there was no way for me to accurately track it and then I had a cheese snack, some ice cream and a PB & J later in the night after returning from church. I didn't overindulge in any of these by any means but I still think I may have exceeded my calorie range by a little. I didn't let it get me down though because it was a conscious decision which is a HUGE step up from my eating behaviors in the past. Not only that but after eating the ice cream I felt like I wanted more, not because I was hungry but because it's ICE CREAM an tastes so GOOD!!
I resisted the urge though, I SAID NO and it wasn't a battle it was just an act of self-control that felt soooo natural. Now can anybody say NSV!!
I'm hoping to finish the day well using the few 148- 498 calories that I have left for the day (after tracking breakfast and lunch) to the best of my ability because
