Day 334- Tired But Still Pushing

Friday, June 06, 2014

Hello Sparkies,

Firstly
This is exactly how I feel inside. unfortunately I don't think I have enough energy to jump up like the cat.

I am sooooooooo tired. I really need to do something about my time next week so that I can get more sleep. I've been averaging 3-6 hours of sleep for the week and that is so not anywhere near enough sleep.

Anyway I fought and got up this morning and did my Focus T25 Speed 2.0 video. Really it was supposed to be a double video day today but I was so low on energy this morning that I decided to do the next video tomorrow. The Speed 2.0 was okay, I nailed it which is emoticon but the lack of energy meant that I didn't push as well as I would have liked. I look forward to the next time that I do it because I should do better. I also did my 25 daily push-ups and they were good too. emoticon

On the food front, I'm doing okay with my calories so hopefully I should end the day well. Tomorrow is weigh-in and measurements day, I'm really interested to see what that stupid scale will say. emoticon Anyway that's all for now. Thanks for your time. emoticon emoticon and remember

I am hoping that you are able to get some sleep soon, because it is so important for our health. Now you know you are a rockstar when you are able to get your work out in even though you are tired emoticon I emoticon that end quote too.

Good for you on pushing through your fitness regime each day, even while you're sleep deprived! I still haven't been exercising like I should. I might just change that today, thanks to your blog.
