Days 335-337- The Scale Finally Moved!!!!!!!!

As you can probably tell from the title the "stupid" scale, as I so fondly call it, FINALLY moved!! After SEVEN weeks of effort and progress the scale has FINALLY caught up. I started Saturday morning with my weigh-in and measurement taking and according to the scale I have moved from 171 pounds to 169!!!
I'm back out of the 170's!!! YAAAAAAYYYYY!! And I NEVER want to return!!! I also took my measurements which were as follows:
Waist-34 inches (below the danger zone for women)
Hip- 41 inches
Thigh- 24 and a 1/2 inches
Upper Arm- 11 and a 1/2 inches
Chest- 33 and 2/3 inches
I can't really compare these measurements to anything because I used to take my measurements in cm and the last time was MONTHS ago. I'm really not that interested in converting all that from cm to inches so I'll just track future progress by comparing to these measurements.
Now on Saturday I also did my Focus T25 Rip't Circuit video and TOTALLY nailed it and I also did the Stretch video and my daily 25 push-ups. An
workout but I can't say the same about Saturday's eating. I went to Burger King for lunch with a high school friend that I hadn't seen in a LONG while on Saturday and unfortunately I ate the medium french fries not knowing beforehand that they were 480 CALORIES!! I also had the Whopper with cheese but w/out mayo (small victory) and that was 420 calories that I could have lived with but with the fries and my other meals for the day I ended up outside of my calorie range. I didn't beat myself up over it or anything though because that one "bad" day doesn't make that much of a difference in the grand scheme of things.
Yesterday there was no exercise as usual and my eating was back to being
with me meeting ALL my nutritional goals.
Now today I did my Focus T25 Core Cardio video and unfortunately I only nearly nailed it because I was a bit lazy this morning and so I didn't push as hard as I need to, to completely nail the video. It was still a good workout though and I also did my push-ups and not only did I increase the number of reps in my first set from 10 to 12 but I also did all 25 push-ups in 2 minutes and 21 secs instead of the usual 2 minutes and 45 seconds - 3 minutes which was my normal average.
On the eating front, I have 280-610 calories for the rest of the day and I hope to make the best of them. So anyway that's all for now, thanks for your time.
