Day 340- Fitness Victories and Weigh-in Dilemma!!

Well this morning I wanted to do both the missed video from Tuesday and today's video, oversleeping happened again however and so all that I did was the Focus T25 Rip't Circuit video which was on the calendar for today. Now this video is a good one, it goes in a circuit of cardio, upper body, lower body and abs and there are about 4 or 5 circuits. Is is a tough video? Yep, a little but not as tough as Total Body circuit from the Alpha phase!!
Anyway I kicked its butt!! I TOTALLY nailed it, 4-count push-ups, plank jumps into single leg burpees, high switch kicks and all!! This morning was my best effort at this video since starting the beta phase so
I also did my 25 push-ups and kicked butt there as well!!
I did 13 push-ups in the first set which is less than my best so far of 14 but hey I'm still happy and I finished all 25 in 2 minutes AGAIN!!
Now food wise I have even less calories left for the day than yesterday!! I only have 64-414 calories left for the day!! Luckily though I only have my protein goal to meet which is off by 15 grams so I only need a protein rich meal that can satisfy that deficit and stay within my calories. I haven't decided yet what I'm going to eat though.
In other news, I'm thinking of moving my weigh-ins to once a month or at least every two weeks. I'm thinking about doing this because for about the first 4 weeks I was scale free and those 4 weeks were
I looked for motivation in looking slimmer, my clothes being looser, my workout efforts getting better!! But then I decided to start weighing and taking my measurements every week again because my Focus T25 calendar has a day scheduled for that with spaces to record the measurements and I've found that the past 3 weeks haven't been as fulfilling since I've started that. It's making me all focused on the numbers again and I don't think I like that! Numbers don't necessarily show your progress as much as what I mentioned above and then with numbers too it's like my goal is just to see them go down while before I was more focused on being fit and healthy. I love your thoughts on this because I haven't made up my mind yet. I do know however that
