Day 344 on the Journey!!

Hey Sparkies,


So it's Monday and I started it with my Speed 2.0 video which I had left over from last week. It was a good workout, I nailed it but I want to totally kill it!! emoticon I hope I can before I finish the Beta phase!! I may only have 2 more opportunities though so I'll see how it goes.

Now in other news, I did kill it with my push-ups!! emoticon My first set was only 12 which is less than my highest of 14 but I finished all 25 push-ups in 1 minute and 50 seconds which is 10 seconds less than my most recent average of 2 minutes. emoticon I am soooooooo happy about this because it is such emoticon proof that I'm not just getting skinnier I'm getting stronger which is so much better!!



On the food front also, I've tracked all that I should eat for the rest of the day and if I do that I should meet all my nutrient ranges and my calorie ranges. emoticon Here's to hoping I don't have a repeat of Friday though!! emoticon
