Here's the highlights of the past three days. Firstly on Friday I woke up and kicked butt with Focus T25 Dynamic Core. I gave the absolute best performance that I've ever given with this video so
I also did my push-ups in my newest record time of 1 minute 45 seconds
Food on Friday wasn't great because I went over my calories but it's only because I chose to eat one of my absolute favorite meals that I only get to eat so often so I didn't kill myself over it. Yesterday also included the drama of my weigh-in and measuremnt taking but I'll have to give those details tomorrow because I don't have the figures with me right because I'm not at home.
Now today I did my Focus T25 Upper Focus and it was good. I also wanted to do another Stretch video but I woke up late as usual
and so I'll have to do it sometime this week. On the food front I've done
so far and I plan to finish the day in the same vein. Here's to the new week with all of it's opportunities. Remember
