It has been a busy week. I did physical therapy three days. Drove 45 min away twice for respiratory appt and scar revision. Drove two hours away for bone density check and another doctor appt, and twenty minutes away to order a chair lift for the stairs to help our worn out knees. Tomorrow I want to go to a sewing class, and Sunday it's back to the city to enjoy an evening concert by one of my favorite singers. Gas is cheaper in the city, and that's a good thing! Fortunately most of my weeks are not so jam packed with activity, but I feel like I met myself coming and going this week. That finishes the physical therapy for awhile, and I can be trusted to maintain my good form and keep up the exercises at home. It will feel good to get back in the pool for exercise once my new scar forms and heals in about a week or a little more. Therapy was fun just as the doctor who prescribed said it would be. I saw old friends, made some new ones and learned a lot. I knew the words to most of the music we listened to while doing my therapy so the age grouping was right for me. Funny how that works! Golden oldies for silver haired beauties! lol Even so, next week will be at a better pace for me and not so much traveling. I NEED to stay home and get some more stuff organized before our kids descend upon us in late July. I plan to donate clothes and other things, and take some furniture to consignment. Spring cleaning has taken longer since I couldn't move so well then with my foot and knee pain. Now the improved and lighter version of me will tackle the job with enthusiasm and be able to see some completion of cleaning projects and sprucing up projects as well. I will feel even better when some of the clutter is gone and things are more organized! Things are looking up!!!
