Day 368 on the Journey!!

Hey Sparkies,

Today was a good day!! I did my Focus T25 Speed 3.0 workout and though it was as INTENSE and HARD as EVER it was a little better than yesterday so emoticon I also did my 26 push-ups and they were emoticon

Not to mention that on the food front for the first time in a WHILE I stayed within my calorie range and hit all my nutrient ranges too!! I'm SOOOO happy about this because I know that it doesn't matter how much I kill my workouts if I'm not controlling my eating!! It's no joke that
