Firstly I'm soooooooooo happy that it's Friday!!!
And in other good news I GOT UP this morning and did my workout. I did Focus T25 Extreme Circuit and it was
I nearly nailed it but I took a few catch my breath rests and I had to do the modified version of a move called triceps push-ups (10 00 times harder than normal push-ups). I did them better this morning than last time though so

On the food front with breakfast and lunch tracked already I have a minimum of 438 and a maximum of 788 calories left for the day!! I should have no problem staying within my calorie range today again so YYYAAAYYYYY!!!
In other news I've started using a calendar to motivate myself to accomplish my daily healthy living habits. The plan is to give myself a star for each healthy habit I complete for the day. The healthy habits which I'm tracking are:
1. Exercising in the morning because

and finally 4. Meeting all my nutrient ranges because
So each day I can earn a maximum of 4 stars and I plan to reward myself in some way once I get to 100 stars and an even bigger reward when 1000 stars!! Also if I have a week where for all seven days I have 4 stars. I also plan to reward myself in a small way. I'm not sure yet what my mini-rewards and rewards will be so if anyone has any suggestions feel free to offer them. That's all for now. Thanks for stopping by.
