One step at the time

Friday, July 18, 2014

I have experienced a long time to recuperate and get back on track.
I was doing so well for over 2 years but then results stop from happening and got discourage, as they say "I fell off the wagon"
As result I gained weight and felt depress, started to feel pain and aches I had not felt in a long time I had started to rely on Tums to relieve my heart burn, the cycle was getting bigger and bigger as I kept getting deeper and deeper.
I choose to take control again and instead of looking at the big picture I'm concentrating in the little things that makes things happen.
I once heard: "How do you eat an elephant? Answer: One bite at the time"
Well this week I decided to take one step at the time and make sure the step goes in the right direction.

I know the feeling. I'm taking one choice at a time right beside you!

One step at a time is the only way to go-we just need to master one and then add another. Not as easy as quitting but feeling those aches and pains coming back is horrible. I've been there too many times. One would think I could learn!
