10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse

After months of much stress in my life I am up a few pounds. I decided to try a smoothie cleanse to detox and get my mind and body back into weight loss mode.
I am doing JJ Smiths 10 day cleanse after seeing the success a friend had on it.
You drink a different green smoothie each day in place of meals. You give up alcohol and caffeine which is a good thing for me
You can snack on crunchy veggies, apples and boiled eggs, unsalted nuts and sugar free peanut butter.
I will keep you posted on how I do!
