Since I started my new Consistency Streak on July 14th, to do 10 or more fitness minutes per day as the Spark Guy suggested in the email I received.
I was able to keep it going for 8 days, however, yesterday I broke that promise to do at least 10 minutes and I feel really bad about it, but the truth of the matter is I didn't put any effort to check yesterday to see how many minutes I had dedicated to myself and if I was reaching my goal for the day.
Today is a new day and I'm starting over the streak again. I learn that no matter how busy you are; 10 minutes is not too much to ask to give at least that time to yourself.
So today is day #1
